Regret

Sitting beside an old tree,
counting how many days u had left me,
6.45pm in the evening,
looking at the sun set,
you appeared in my dream.

A bear hug from you,
enough for melting the ice mountain;
A kiss from you,
enough to revive me from death;
One life time is not enough for me to love you.

Holding your hand in the mid night,
walking beside your school,
i felt my heart beat and your blushing,
i gave you a surprise kiss,
and you said i love you.

The light went dark,
holding your icy hand,
praying god to let you off,
praying to exchange my life,
hopes gradually withered away.

The thick mist mysteriously appeared in my dream,
i yelled for your answer,
i saw your shadow walk away from me,
i ran towards your shadow and tried to search for you,
only found ashes in my hand.

Every promises i made,
turning into ashes in a single glance,
begging for a minutes to let me fulfill a promise,
to say "Can you let me take care and love you..forever?"..
